Southern Alberta Freestyle Ski Club offers trampoline programs for all groups. Trampoline training is an essential part of freestyle training, giving athletes comfort and technique for aerial maneuvers in the safety of a gym atmosphere. Trampoline sessions are held at The Spot YYC, Calgary, AB.
